To ensure your injury is managed appropriately, an in-depth injury assessment is needed. In this 1-hour slot we will conduct a thorough history and assessment to ensure you injury is treated effectively.

Follow-up Appointment

1 hour £45

30 mins £30

A key part of any rehabilitation process is exercise. Within these sessions we will progress your individual rehab programmes given during the initial assessment as well as provide any other treatments that are appropriate.

Sports Massage

An initial injury assessment is not required before a massage; however, at the beginning of your appointment we will go over a medical history to ensure our treatment modalities are appropriate.
